Usage Instructions

• Sit quietly for several minutes before measuring, with your feet flat on the floor and your back supported.
• Remove watches or accessories and clear clothing from your wrist, then place the device directly on the skin, about 1 to 2 cm from the wrist joint.
• Wrap the cuff firmly and comfortably around your wrist, with the screen facing the inside of your wrist.
• Place your arm on a stable surface and raise your wrist to be at the same level as your heart, keeping your hand and wrist straight without bending.
• Press the start button and remain still without movement or talking until the device finishes and the systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings appear on the screen.
• If you need to re-measure, wait at least one minute, then repeat the steps in the same sitting position.
• For more consistent results, use the device at approximately the same time daily and in the same body and wrist position. The device is for home monitoring and does not replace consulting a doctor or medical diagnosis.
